IRS 501(c)(3) Form 1023 application Fee

The organization will need to pay an I.R.S. application fee. The amount of the fee depends on the applying organization's average annual gross receipts. (past or projected)

$400.00 IRS 501(c)(3) Application Fee. If gross receipts have not exceed or will not exceed $10,000 annually (per year) over a four-year period, the user fee is $400. An applicant must certify its gross receipts in Part XI.

$850.00 IRS 501(c)(3) Application Fee. If the organization's average annual gross receipts have exceeded or will exceed $10,000 annually (per year) over a four-year period, the fee is $850.

We will need to prepare for your organization a three year proposed business plan based upon all the projected FUTURE activities and operations of your organization. If your proposed budget for each year is $10,000 or less the IRS fee will be $400.00 if it is over $10.000 per year it will be $850.00
